Thread Sketchings

Kudos go out to the Catawba Quilters' Guild and to the Misty Mountain Quilters' Guild for putting on such great shows these last 2 weekends.  We had success at each show, thanks to their hard work and to our awesome customers!!

Customers - Jim has been designing those suggestions you came looking to buy.  Email mygarageart@gmail.com for your design purchases!  Thanks go out to those customers who have already purchased their custom orders and to those who gave high reviews on Square-Up!

Some customers have asked about our stoneware coasters and buttons - oh I still make those - just email mygarageart@gmail.com for them.  If you are unsure of our variety, just go to our website to view the majority of phrases and sizes.  Thank you to customers who are doing that to place their stoneware orders.  Remember, our buttons are machine washable/dryable - no need to take them off your fiber art ahead of time.

The photo shows Jim adding color to one of his black-line stitchings.  He is very willing to do demonstrations on how he uses the Derwents Inktense products.  We also have some samples of our painted fabric for you touch!!  We use Derwent Inktense products and Folk Art Fabric Paints.  The Derwents Inktense products are priced on our website.  Both products are consumer-pocketbook friendly and are excellent for permanently adding color to your fiber arts.

As you can see in the photo, Jim also has one of his digital embroidery machines with him at the shows now.  He is able to quickly replenish his designs as they sell down.  His designs at the shows are 8x8 and 4x4 inches.  For other sizes, please email Jim at mygarageart@gmail.com.  We do carry a variety of sizes, that we have each painted, to the shows.

Hand embroiderers - we do sell our black-line designs to you, as well.  You will notice that we carry our designs printed on paper that is traceable and light-box friendly.  Thank you to those customers who bought those butterfly patterns.  We hope you will send us photos of your finished fiber art works.
